INTRODUCTION - "VILLA FONTES"
A lovely bright and air-conditioned villa to rent with pool near Pezenas Languedoc with swimming pool, gardens and great views. Set on the outskirts of this very pretty Languedocian village, close to the beaches of the Mediterranean, Villa Fontes offers extremely good accommodation for up to four people. The property is fully air-conditioned and is all on one level.
GROUND FLOOR
Reception area: A comfortable sitting area with sofa and television.
Kitchen: a well-equipped kitchen with Microwave, hob, fridge/freezer.
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom
Shower Room: A spacious shower room with twin wash hand basins, and shower and a separate toilet.
OUTSIDE
Garden: Small front garden with patio table and chairs; this garden offers beautiful views over the surrounding vineyards and hills.
Swimming Pool: To the rear of the property is the superb swimming pool. There is a spacious pool terrace with chairs, table, sun beds and large barbeque for the use of the guests.
LOCATION
The villa is a five-minute walk from the centre of Fontes, a pretty medieval village with a host of shops, a bar and a post office. Just 4 kilometres away is the village of Cabrieres with more shops and a really super little restaurant.
More restaurants are to be found in the nearby villages and in the town of Pezenas. Villa Fontes is a delightful spot for a family holiday.
The French owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make their guests feel at home.
OTHER INFORMATION
Changeover day is Saturday Property available from 4pm and should be vacated by 10am. All linen, towels (except beach towels) and electricity is included, there are no additional charges except for a returnable damage deposit.
