Lyon Airport is also linked to 33 ski resorts by the Satobus Alpes service. Regular services run from December to April, and a request service runs throughout the year.

Satobus also offer shuttle services from Lyon Airport to the Eurexpo exhibition centre which operates in line with the calender of professional exhibitions.
