INTRODUCTION - "RUE PIOCH"

This charming village house to rent in Gabian is offered in very good condition throughout and benefits from a covered terrace as well as small courtyard garden.

GROUND FLOOR

Kitchen: Modern, fully equipped kitchen/diner with French doors leading to covered terrace area. All the necessary amenities (oven/hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle etc). Breakfast table and chairs for four.

OUTSIDE

Courtyard Garden: This village house to rent in Gabian has a small, private courtyard accessed from the lounge, and which contains a table and chairs and small garden area. This area is perfect for reading a book or enjoying a glass of local wine. There is also a washing line at the back of the courtyard.

Covered Terrace: A covered terrace dining area just off the kitchen which makes a great, sunny breakfast room.

LOCATION

Gabian has yet to be invaded by tourists and shows this region's charming rustic character at its best. It has all the essential amenities including a grocer, butcher, baker, pharmacist, cafe bar, newsagent and a selection of local wine cave co-operative providing very drinkable wine at extremely reasonable prices. Not far from Pezenas.

Pezenas with it's cobbled streets, arts and crafts shops, bars, restaurants and market on a Saturday, will truly give you a flavour of the region.

There are two major supermarkets within a 10 minute drive. The house is next to a wonderful medieval church on the bank of the Thongue River and is moments away from the beautiful Chateau de Cassan.
