This holiday home to rent near Perpignan Languedoc is all on one level with three steps to the front door. L'Olivier is completely isolated from the other buildings (and old farmhouse which is now the owners permanent home), thus it is very private with the terrace being surrounded by lush trees and bushes it is well protected from the wind and shade is provided by the gardens.

Only a short bike ride from the local 'boulangerie' and other shops, a 5min car ride to the beach, 15mins from Perpignan centre and 20mins from Perpignan airport, this is a great central location from which to explore the Pyrenees Oriantales and also be able to have some peace and relaxation when you return!
