Garden: This gite is attached via a carport to another gite and the main farmhouse (now the owners permanent home), the gite is protected from the wind and shade is provided by the established garden and trees.

The property is set within approx. 20 acres of grounds, made up of meadow, garden and the rest wine producing vineyard.

Only a short bike ride from the local 'boulangerie' and other shops, a 5min car ride to the beach, 15mins from Perpignan centre and 20mins from Perpignan airport, this is a great central location from which to explore the Pyrenees Oriantales and also be able to have some peace and relaxation when you return!
