INTRODUCTION - "HOUSE 2, DOMAINE DE L'HORTEVIEILLE"
This wonderful gite in Montagnac with swimming pool and tennis court is one of two gites within a Domaine set among vineyards just outside of the village, less than ten minutes drive from the town of Pezenas.
Ideally suited to two families or a large group of friends, this gite is set within eight acres of gardens, meadows and orchards and is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
As well as the extensive grounds, this gite in montagnac with swimming pool has it's own private patio with BBQ and a maid service three times a week.
GROUND FLOOR
Reception room: With large sofa that converts into a double bed. Double doors leading out to the patio and garden.
Kitchen: A fully equiped kitchen/family room with spiral staircase leading up to the first floor. Steps leading down to the Reception Room.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom

Bathroom: With large bath, shower and WC

Bedroom 3: A huge attic bedroom with two single beds and bunks

Swimming Pool: A large 12m x 6m shared swimming pool, fully fenced and gated, with poolside BBQ, sun loungers and dining table and chairs under a pergola to keep off the sun.
LOCATION
Less than ten minutes walk from the village of Montagnac, with it's local bar/restaurants, boulangeries and small local supermarket. Montagnac's tree lined Avenue is a lovely place to while away an hour or two sipping a cold glass of wine under the shade of the mature plane trees that run it's length. The town of Pezenas is less than five minutes away by car.
Pezenas is an ideal place to explore with it's many arts and crafts shops and it's market on a Saturday. About half an hour's drive to Montpellier airport or about an hour to the airports of Nimes, Perpignan and Carcassonne.
