Driving directions to the Languedoc from Calais

From Calias to the Languedoc

've used these driving directions to the Languedoc region of France loads of times and it's always worked really well.

This route basically takes you straight down through the middle of France , avoiding Paris and taking in an overnight stop. If you'd rather not stop, then you can always go via Paris. Or, if you're towing a boat or caravan and want a really easy run, have a look at my route via Dijon and Lyon.

So.....Driving directions to the Languedoc

What I used to do is to leave work a bit early and get down to the Channel tunnel for a crossing at about 8pm. If you'd rather cross the Channel by another means, then simply adjust the first part of the directions to take account of your staring point.

This would get me into France at about 9.30pm local time. I'd then drive for about three hours, which would get me to my my usual hotel in '‘NANTEUIL LES MEAUX’ for about 12.30am.

I could then get a decent night's sleep, be up the next morning for a departure at about 9am, and use these driving directions to the Languedoc to get down to Pezenas in time for dinner.
