Wine Domaine De Mingraut
The splendid stone cellar of the Domaine de Mingraut is surrounded by 23 hectares of grounds and vineyards
typical of those found throughout the Languedoc Roussillon
region.
Found in the village of Fontcouverte, about half way between Narbonne and Carcassonne, Domaine de Mingraut has a large variety of local grapes (carignan, grenache, syrah, merlot, cabernet-sauvignon, viognier, chardonnay and muscadet).
This variety of grape brings with it a wealth that is cherished by the owners, by respecting the delicate harmony between the soil and vine on each plot. Their production methods have one goal in mind. "To ensure each vine tree delivers the quintessence of it's fruits".
Visits and tastings of these languedoc wines are encouraged. By appointment is preferred.
